Why Choose Us for Window Blinds Installation
Right Anchors, Every Time
Drywall, plaster, tile surround, or stucco reveals. We bring the right anchors and bit for your wall type so brackets stay put for the long haul, not just the first pull.
Level and Square
Nothing looks worse than crooked blinds. Every install gets checked with a real level, and the slats get tested through their full open and close before we walk away.
Full-House Discounts
Doing the whole house at once? We give a per-window rate that beats hiring separate installs. Most homes we knock out in a single afternoon visit.

Professional Window Blinds & Shades Installation
New blinds are one of those upgrades that transforms a room way more than you'd expect. Cleaner lines, better light control, no more mismatched hand-me-downs from the last homeowner. But actually getting them level, into the wall right, and cut to size? That's the part that eats up a whole weekend, especially if you've got more than a couple windows to do. Blinds installation in Beaumont, CA is a call we run all the time, and most jobs we're in and out the same visit.
Here's the thing about blinds. The product itself has gotten really good and really affordable. The install is where the wheels come off. Every window is a little different (different depth, different wall material, different trim reveal), and picking the wrong anchor or measuring the inside mount by an eighth of an inch too wide means you're driving back to the store. That's usually the moment folks give us a call.
Types of Blinds and Shades We Install
- Faux wood blinds: The most popular pick for the Inland Empire. Look like real wood, cost a lot less, and don't warp in the summer heat.
- Real wood blinds: Warmer look for living rooms and studies. Best in rooms without a lot of moisture.
- Cellular / honeycomb shades: The energy-saving pick. Traps air inside the pleats and helps keep west-facing rooms cooler during summer.
- Roller shades: Clean modern look. Great for bedrooms with blackout fabric.
- Vertical blinds: The go-to for sliding patio doors and tall windows.
- Motorized shades: Wand or app controlled. We handle the pairing.
Inside Mount vs. Outside Mount
This is the biggest decision on the install, and folks usually don't realize until we show up. Inside mount tucks the blinds inside the window frame so you see the trim on the sides. Looks cleaner and more custom, but the window needs enough depth (usually at least 2 inches) and the frame needs to be square. Outside mount attaches to the wall above the window. Blocks more light, hides an out-of-square frame, and it's the only option for shallow windows or arch openings. If you're not sure, we'll measure both and tell you which one your window can handle before we drill.
What the Install Actually Looks Like
We show up, confirm the measurements against what you ordered, and check for square. If a blind is too wide, we can shorten most faux wood and aluminum blinds on site with a proper cutter. Brackets get anchored with the right hardware for your wall (toggle bolts for hollow drywall, tapcons if we're hitting stucco or concrete, wood screws directly into a header). Once the brackets are in and level, the blinds snap in, we thread the cord or wand, and test the full open, close, and tilt through several cycles. If anything binds or hangs crooked, we adjust it right then.
Full-House Blinds in One Visit
A lot of our blinds calls are new movers or homeowners doing a full swap-out after painting. Doing 8, 10, 12 windows at once is way more efficient for everyone. We give a per-window rate that beats the per-window starting price, and most whole-house jobs wrap in a half-day visit. If you have the boxes already at the house we can even help you unbox and stage them by room so nothing gets confused.
Motorized and Smart Shades
Motorized shades used to be a luxury upgrade. Now they're everywhere, and honestly they're worth it for tall or hard-to-reach windows. We install Lutron, Hunter Douglas PowerView, Somfy, and the IKEA smart roller shades. Part of the job is helping you get the app set up, the shades paired to Alexa or Google if you want, and setting a couple of favorite positions before we leave.
While We're There
Blinds installs are a great chance to knock out a few other quick items on the honey-do list. Hanging a curtain rod, mounting a shelf, swapping a light fixture. Just mention it when you call and we'll bring the extra hardware. If you also want a fresh light in the same room, our ceiling fan installation page has the pricing for fan and light kit installs.
Local and Reliable
Ryan's Home Services is based in Cherry Valley and we cover Beaumont, Banning, and Calimesa every single week. We show up on time, price up front, and if a bracket ever loosens or a slat gets stuck, one phone call and we're back out. That's the kind of local service you can't get from a big-box install crew.
