Our plans are like having a personal handyman for your home. We take care of all the maintenance and repairs throughout the year so everything stays in great shape. All filters, fluids, and supplies are included. These regular visits will help your home last longer, run more efficiently, and even lower your utility bills.

Exterior Pest Control
We apply professional-grade pest treatment around your home's perimeter to create a strong barrier. This keeps insects and rodents out year-round and helps prevent problems before they start.
Descale Appliances
We descale your garbage disposal, washing machine, and dishwasher to remove mineral buildup and grime. This keeps them running cleaner, more efficiently, and helps prevent clogs, odors, and costly breakdowns.
Minor Repairs on Visits
Reseal leaks, clear drains up to 25 ft, replace light bulbs, swap smoke and CO detector batteries (labor only), fix minor appliance issues, tighten loose knobs, and handle other small tasks during the visit.

What's included:
- Flush fire sprinkler system (twice a year)
- Clean and lubricate sliding door tracks (twice a year)
- Clean house dryer vents (yearly)
- Clean refrigerator coils (yearly)
- AC service with new insulation included (yearly)
- Flush water heater (yearly)
- Garage door adjust, clean, and lubricate (yearly)
- Clean and lubricate bathroom vent fans (yearly)
- De-grease range filter (yearly)
- HVAC condensate line treatment (yearly)
- 10% discount on additional services
Premium Membership
Everything in Basic, Plus More
What's included:
- Everything included in the Basic Membership, plus:
- Replace tankless water heater filter (twice a year, $220 value)
- Refrigerator filter replacement (every third visit, $120 value)
- Allergen HVAC filters ($180 value)
- Complimentary daily home checks while you're on vacation (2 or more days away)
- 20% discount on additional services
Elite Membership
Full-Service Home Care
What's included:
- Everything included in the Basic and Premium Memberships, plus:
- Two solar panel cleanings per year (up to $300 value)
- Priority scheduling
- Concierge service (electrical diagnostics, directions, service guidance, and more)
- 25% discount on additional services
- No appointment minimums
- Extra time on every visit to help with your honey-do list, completely free

New Build Membership
For homes under 1 year old
Our standard plans cover homes one year old or older. Just moved into a brand-new build? This plan protects your home through its critical first year. When it turns one, upgrade to Basic, Premium, or Elite to keep everything dialed in.
