Our plans are like having a personal handyman for your home. We take care of all the maintenance and repairs throughout the year so everything stays in great shape. All filters, fluids, and supplies are included. These regular visits will help your home last longer, run more efficiently, and even lower your utility bills.

Cobweb Dusting
We knock down cobwebs in garages, eaves, patios, and door frames every visit. Removing old webs and spider habitat helps keep the outside of your home cleaner and discourages spiders from coming back.
Descale Appliances
We descale your garbage disposal, washing machine, and dishwasher to remove mineral buildup. This keeps appliances running cleaner, helps prevent odors and clogs, and reduces wear from hard water.
Minor Repairs on Visits
Each visit includes small fixes like resealing leaks, clearing drains up to 25 ft, swapping smoke and CO batteries, changing bulbs, and tightening loose hardware before they become bigger problems.
Home Inspections
Every visit includes a quick whole-home inspection. We check appliances, tighten bolts, look for trip hazards, and test smoke and CO detectors so small issues are caught early.

New Build Membership
For homes under 1 year old
Our standard plans cover homes one year old or older. Just moved into a brand-new build? This plan protects your home through its critical first year. When it turns one, upgrade to Basic, Premium, or Elite to keep everything dialed in.

Built-In Safety & Diagnostic Checks
Extra peace-of-mind checks included with every membership plan.
Gas Leak Checks
On every visit we check gas connections on the system we're there to service—water heater, furnace, clothes dryer, oven, or main meter. Our detector senses flammable gases, primarily natural gas, and we'll flag anything that needs attention.
Whole-Home Water Pressure Checks
We test your home's water pressure every other visit, up to three times a year, and let you know if it reads outside the safe 40–80 psi range.
Borescope Camera Inspections
We run a small video camera through dryer vent lines, bathroom exhaust lines, and HVAC ductwork to check for damage, buildup, or blockages. If we find anything, we record it and share the footage with you.
