A Local Crew, A Clear Plan

One Maintenance Calendar

With visits every other month, recurring home care has a place on the schedule. You don’t need separate reminders for every vent, appliance, and water heater task.

Comfort Before Cosmetics

We talk through viewing height, fan placement, and doorbell visibility before reaching for the drill. An installation should work for how you actually use the room.

Gate Access Sorted First

Tell us how your visitor authorization works and whether your association requires approval for the project. We coordinate access before the appointment, not from your driveway.

Your First Week Back Shouldn’t Be a Repair Week

You come back to The Springs to enjoy Rancho Mirage, not spend the first few days lining up trades. A TV still leaning against the wall, a fan that clicks at night, and a doorbell that won’t connect are small problems. Together, they eat up a surprisingly large piece of your visit.

Separate Club Life From Home Upkeep

The Springs has its own club amenities and association responsibilities. Our home maintenance membership is separate from those. It’s for the work inside your home and the recurring tasks you’re responsible for, not golf privileges or a replacement for association services.

Ryan's Home Services handles handyman services in Rancho Mirage, CA from our Palm Desert office at 39249 Leopard St #104. Bring us your list and any association restrictions. We’ll explain what we can handle, what needs approval, and what the visit will cost.

A Membership Beats Another Reminder on Your Phone

Here’s the thing: an attractive house can still have a lint-packed dryer line or a water heater full of sediment. Those jobs aren’t obvious from the living room. Membership visits every other month give them a schedule, with six visits over the year and routine inspections along the way.

All plans include cobweb dusting and recurring maintenance. Water pressure gets checked every other visit, three times a year, with readings outside 40 to 80 psi recorded. Gas checks apply to the equipment being serviced that visit, not a whole-house gas survey every time. During the sixth service, the oven connection and main meter are checked too.

The Best TV Location Isn’t Always Over the Fireplace

Big walls make a high TV look tempting. Your neck may disagree. Before we mount anything, we look at the seats you actually use, daylight on the screen, the wall material, and where power and connected devices will go.

Picture a room that works beautifully for conversation but puts the screen above your comfortable sight line. A different mount position can improve movie night without changing the furniture. We discuss cable concealment separately, because the right solution depends on the wall and existing outlets.

Quiet Fans and a Doorbell You Can Actually Use

A ceiling fan should move air without becoming the loudest thing in the bedroom. We check for fan-rated support, choose the installation approach for the ceiling height, and test the controls. For a covered patio, the fan needs the appropriate outdoor rating. A fan helps you feel cooler; it doesn’t replace your AC.

A Ring doorbell adds a view of your front entry, even in a gated community. The gate handles community access. Your doorbell shows what’s happening at your own door. We check model compatibility, power, and the Wi-Fi signal near the entry, then help with app setup and motion zones. Recording features may require a separate Ring subscription.

Plan the Upgrades Without Confusing the Price

TV mounting, new fan installations, and Ring doorbells are additional jobs. They aren’t automatically included in your monthly maintenance price. Basic, Premium, and Elite members receive their plan’s discount on additional services, and we quote the installation before starting.

Send photos of the wall, ceiling, or entry along with your equipment model. We can talk through the details and put a sensible visit together. Get the list handled, then get back to enjoying your stay.

Six Visits Per Year

Put the House on a Schedule, Not Your Vacation

A home maintenance membership gives you six planned visits each year. It’s useful whether you live at The Springs full time or want fewer loose ends when you arrive for the season.

1

Choose the right plan

Start with Basic for recurring maintenance, or compare Premium and Elite for more inclusions. These are home service plans, separate from your country club membership.

2

Authorize the visit

We arrange the appointment and confirm gate and home access. If you won’t be there, agree on access instructions before the scheduled day.

3

Work through the maintenance

We handle that visit’s scheduled service and routine checks. Vent and duct camera findings are recorded and shared when we find something that needs attention.

4

Price the extras first

Want a TV mounted or a fan replaced? Add it to the conversation. We confirm the scope, quote the additional work, and apply your plan’s service discount.

Plans start at $100 per month

Basic is $100, Premium is $130, and Elite is $150 per month. Your rate stays the same while you remain a member. No contracts, and you can cancel anytime.

TV mounting, new ceiling fans, and Ring doorbell installs are additional services, not free membership inclusions. Your plan provides a 10%, 20%, or 25% discount on additional services.

Questions From The Springs Country Club Homeowners

Yes, it’s a home maintenance plan, not a country club membership or HOA service. It covers the home care listed in your chosen plan, with six scheduled visits each year.

New installations are additional services, not automatic membership inclusions. Your plan provides a 10%, 20%, or 25% discount, and we quote the work before starting.

Yes, we can assess another wall and help choose a comfortable viewing height. Send a photo of the room, your screen size, and the bracket you have so we can discuss the options.

We’ll check the mounting support and whether adjustment or replacement makes sense. A new fan needs fan-rated support, and we test it at multiple speeds after installation.

A guard gate doesn’t prevent your doorbell from working at your home. Reliable operation depends on the doorbell model, its power source, and the Wi-Fi signal at your entry.

We can arrange a visit when gate and home access have been agreed in advance. Premium and Elite also include vacation home checks, which are separate from the every-other-month maintenance visits.

Check your association’s current rules before changing exterior fixtures. If approval is needed, have it ready before the appointment so we can work within the approved scope.

Send photos of the mounting area and the equipment model or product link. For a TV, include the screen size; for a fan or doorbell, show the existing fixture and any access concerns.
